- Digital content. Digital subscriptions and content cannot be returned or exchanged once they have been accessed or consumed. Any request for money back is handled under the Refund and Cancellation Policy in section 3.
- Access problems. If you are unable to access a feature or plan that you have paid for due to a technical issue, please contact us at support@kdsinnovations.ai and we will work to restore access. If we are unable to provide the Service you paid for, we will consider a refund under section 3.
- Exempted items. Certain products or features may be identified as non returnable or non refundable at the time of purchase. Such items are exempt from returns and exchanges except as required by law.
If in future we offer any physical item, eligibility for return or exchange of that item, including condition and packaging requirements, will be communicated at the time of purchase and processed after we receive and inspect the item.
