Refund and Cancellation Policy

This Refund and Cancellation Policy explains how you can cancel a subscription and when you may be eligible for a refund for a product or service purchased through WizardCA. The Services are digital, so this policy is adapted for digital subscriptions and content. Please read it together with the Terms of Use.

  • Cancelling a subscription. You can cancel your subscription at any time from your account settings, or from your app store subscription settings if you subscribed through a mobile app store. When you cancel, your subscription will not renew for the next billing cycle, and you will continue to have access until the end of the current paid period. Cancelling does not by itself create a right to a refund for the current period, except as set out below or as required by law.
  • Refund window. If you believe you are entitled to a refund, for example because of a duplicate charge, a technical failure that prevented access and that we are unable to resolve, or an accidental purchase that you have not substantially used, you may request a refund within 7 days of the date of the transaction by contacting us at support@kdsinnovations.ai.
  • Items that are not refundable. Except where required by law, fees are not refundable for a subscription period that has been substantially used, for content or features that have already been accessed or consumed, for any usage based credits that have been used, for free trial periods, or for purchases made under a promotional or non refundable offer that is identified as such at the time of purchase.
  • Free trials. If a free trial is offered and you do not cancel before it ends, it will convert to a paid subscription and the applicable fee will be charged. You will not be charged if you cancel before the trial ends.
  • How refunds are processed.Approved refunds are made to the original payment method. It will usually take 5 to 7 business days for an approved refund to be processed, after which the time for the amount to appear depends on your bank or payment provider. Purchases made through a mobile app store are subject to that app store's refund process and policies.
  • Chargebacks. If you have a concern about a charge, please contact us first so we can help. Raising a chargeback without contacting us may lead to suspension of your account while the matter is investigated.

Nothing in this policy limits any right you have under the Consumer Protection Act, 2019 or other applicable law.
